Nebraska passes new Voter ID Law

A new Voter ID Law has been passed in Nebraska. This means that every registered voter in Nebraska must present an acceptable form of identification before they vote starting with the May 2024 Primary Election. Acceptable forms of Identification include a Nebraska Driver’s License or State ID Card, Nebraska College ID, Nebraska Political Subdivision ID, U.S. Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, and Hospital, assisted living facility, or nursing home record.
