The final day of District Track was held on Thursday with Class C Districts completed.

Here are the Girls Team Results for C-3 in Oakland:

Individually for the boys, Jesse Steffen from GACC qualified in the 100 meter run with a time of 11.55 that was good enough for 1st place as did Braxton Chvatal of North Bend Central with a time of 11.69 to finish 2nd.

Steffen also qualified in the 200 meter run with a time of 23.62, which was good enough for 1st place, while Gavin Ruwe from Logan View also qualified, finishing 2nd with a time of 23.96.

Dawson Meyer of Oakland-Craig qualified in the 400 meter run with a time of 51.72, good enough for 2nd place.

Meyer also qualified in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:04.50, that earned him a 1st place finish. Brendan Horvatich of Logan View finished 2nd in the event, posting a time of 2:07.99.

Brier Cerny of North Bend Central took 1st place and qualified in the 1600 meter run, posting a time of 4:47.84 while GACC’s Trevor Steffen was 2nd with a time of 5:02.75.

Cerny also won the 3200 meter run with a time of 10:27.80 while Tekamah-Herman’s Ryan Roche was 2nd with a time of 11:02.67. Both qualified for State.

Winston Wilkey of Oakland-Craig qualified for State in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 15.91 to finish 1st while Jessen Booth of Tekamah-Herman was 2nd with a time of 16.34.

Booth won the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 42.34 while Wyatt Schwanebeck of North Bend Central came in 2nd with a time of 43.12.

The Tekamah-Herman 4×100 meter relay team of Isaac Ruwe, Reece Williams, Booth, and Landon Burt took 2nd and also qualified for State with a time of 45.63.

The Oakland-Craig 4×400 meter relay team of Lincoln Benne, Meyer, Wilkey, and Jeremiah Druckenmiller took 1st with a time of 3:33.07 with Tekamah-Herman’s team of Ruwe, Booth, Camden Chase, and Williams taking 2nd with a time of 3:36.04.

The Logan View 4×800 team of Horvatich, Truman Young, Grayson Kraus, and Sam Peters took 1st and qualified with a time of 8:36.63, while the Oakland-Craig team of Benne, Meyer, Druckenmiller, and Preston Rost took 2nd with a time of 8:42.05.

Brady Johnson and Braylon Anderson of Oakland-Craig finished 1,2 in the Shot Put, posting throws of 48-01.50 and 48-01, respectively.

Anderson took 1st in the Discus with a throw of 151-05 while Johnson was 2nd with a 145-11. Both athletes qualified for State in both events.

Oakland-Craig’s Benne qualified for State in the High Jump, posting a winning jump of 6-01.

Jordan Settles of North Bend Central won the Pole Vault with a time of 14-02 to qualify for State.

GACC’s Chase Smith won the Long Jump with a jump of 20-06 to qualify for State.

Tekamah-Herman’s Williams won the High Jump with a leap of 42-10 while Owen Meyer of Logan View was 2nd with a jump of 41-03.

Indivdually for the Girls, North Bend Central’s Alexa Brodd won the 100 meter run with a time of 12.77 to qualify for State with Logan View’s Sydney Sagehorn finishing 2nd with a time of 12.80.

GACC’s Jocelynn Skoda won the 200 meter run with a time of 26.05 with Sagehorn finishing 2nd at 26.50 to qualify for State.

Skoda won the 400 meter run with a time of 58.40 while Lindsey Emanuel of North Bend Central was 2nd with a time of 1:01.64.

Emanuel won the 800 meter run with a time of 2:24.35 while Carolyn Magnusson was 2nd with a time of 2:33.22.

North Bend Central’s Emma Williams placed 1st in the 1600 meter run with a time of 5:41.82 while Clarkson/Leigh’s Reann Bruhn was 2nd with a time of 5:53.51.

Williams took 1st in the 3200 meter run to qualify for State, posting a time of 12:04.92 while GACC’s Kennedy Baumert was 2nd with a time of 13:20.56.

Clarkson/Leigh’s Ava Kasik qualified in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.63 while Willow Geiger of Logan View was 2nd at 17.22.

Kasik also won the 300 meter hurdles to qualify at 49.66 while Isabel Hass of GACC also qualified with a time of 50.62.

The North Bend Central 4×100 meter relay team of Riley Claussen, Josie Cleveringa, Emanuel, and Brodd finished in 1st place with a time of 50.52 to qualify as did Brynn Settje, Tanyn Larson, Kendall Schneider, and Maizie Stoklasa of Clarkson/Leigh, who finished 2nd at 50.69.

The North Bend Central 4×400 meter relay team of Cleveringa, Brodd, Williams, and Emanuel also qualified, taking 1st with a time of 4:15.38 as did Oakland-Craig’s Amy Snader, Madison Enstrom, Magnusson, and Briar Ray, who finished 2nd at 4:21.36.

The Oakland-Craig 4×800 meter relay team of Magnusson, Ray, Brennan Ahrens, and Enstrom also took 1st place and qualified at 10:39.78 as did Clarkson/Leigh’s team consisting of
Gracie Sortino, Izzy Holltaz, Brianne Kuhr, and Bruhn, who took 2nd with a time of 11:01.81.

Morgan Ray of Oakland-Craig won the shot put at 35-09.25 to qualify for State in that event.

Mikayla Settles of North Bend Central was 1st in the Discus at 118-02 while GACC’s Steffen came in 2nd at 117-11.

Tekamah-Herman’s Emily Stansberry won the High Jump with a time of 5-00 while North Bend Central’s Mia Pojar was 2nd with 4-10.

Bree Pojar of North Bend Central took 2nd and qualified in the Pole Vault with a vault of 8-06.

Clarkson/Leigh’s Stoklasa won the Long Jump at 18-03 while the Patriots’ Settje took 2nd at 16-07.75.

Skoda won the Triple Jump at 37-00.00 while Stoklasa was 2nd at 36-04 as both qualified for State in the event.

In C-4 at Hartington Cedar Catholic, the Wisner-Pilger Girls placed 3rd with a score of 70 while the Gator Boys were 5th at 44.5.

Sylas Delmont qualified for State in the 800 meter run, recording a 2nd place finish of 2:06.07.

The Gators’ Walker Ott and Braxton Siebrandt both qualified in the Pole Vault, recording 1st and 2nd place vaults of 13-06 and 11-06, respectively.

The Wisner-Pilger Girls 4×100 meter relay team of Danika Alexander, Taylor Scholting, Haley Kneifl, and Emerson Bellar took 2nd and qualified with a time of 53.56.

Riley Ross of the Gator Girls tied for 2nd in the pole vault with a vault of 8-06.

Wisner-Pilger’s Hailey Kneifl was 2nd in the Triple Jump at 35-06 to qualify for State.
