The Lexington Police Department has obtained a Dawson County Arrest Warrant for 29-year-old Jimmy Bran-Lopez. Lopez is wanted for first-degree false imprisonment, third-degree sexual assault, and felony child abuse.
A news release from Lex P.D. says the charges stem from a thorough investigation conducted by law enforcement officers. Due to the severity of the charges, Lopez is considered potentially dangerous, and the public is advised not to approach him.
Lopez is described as 5’8″, 200 lbs, Brown hair, and Brown Eyes.
