KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The 2021 MIAA Football Media Day, will take place on Tuesday, July 27th in Kansas City. UNK who went 7-5 in 2019 and 2-0 in 2020, is scheduled to be on hand. Head coach Josh Lynn says this off season went very well for the program. UNK has its highest ever preseason ranking in the MIAA Preseason poll. They are picked 4th by the conference media and fifth by the leagues head coaches. Click here for interview with Josh Lynn. UNK will have a veteran and talented team this fall as there will be 57 upperclassmen doting a roster of just over 130 players. Four 2019 All-MIAA players return as well as most of the 2020 startling lineup. The Lopers start fall practice on Monday, August 9, with the season-opener set for Thursday, September 2, at home vs. Missouri Southern.
