The eighth-ranked Wayne State Wildcat volleyball team opens Northern Sun Conference play this weekend traveling to MSU Moorhead Friday evening at 6 p.m. followed by a Saturday afternoon 3 p.m. match at #24 Northern State. The Wildcats are 6-2 on the season following a 2-2 weekend at the Colorado Premier Challenge in Denver. The Dragons are off to a 5-3 start this season while the Wolves start the weekend at 8-0. Last season WSC won 3-0 at MSU Moorhead (25-14, 25-18, 25-17) and needed five sets to win at Northern State 28-26, 25-20, 20-25, 21-25 and 15-12.
