Winnebago Tribe’s development corp earns top rating, $2 million grant

The Winnebago Tribe’s Ho-Chunk Community Development Corporation has received a $2 million grant from MacKenzie Scott’s Yield Giving organization. The nonprofit was one of 280 chosen from 6,300 applicants to receive a “top-tier” rating, and thus $2 million. Those in the next tier received $1 million.
