3. Inform the public that the Open Meetings Act is posted on the north wall of the Council Chambers.

• PUBLIC HEARINGS: None.

• BIDS:  Removal of Asbestos at 418 N. Mill St.

• CURRENT BUSINESS:
• Discuss status of paving projects.
• Discuss the closing of a portion of Bridge Street during the 4^th of July celebration.
• Discuss Fair Board use of Nielsen Community Center during Cuming County Fair.
• Approve Special Designated Liquor Licenses: Frat. Order of Eagles for during the hours of the Farmers Market Events on June 1, June 15, July 20, August 3, August 17 and September 7, 2024.
• Approval of council affiliated claim of Hugo Plumbing & Heating for services and supplies.
• Discuss potential litigation (closed session).

• RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES: 
• Resolution: Approve Application/Payment #20 in the amount of $525,175.17 to Christiansen Construction Company for the West Point Aquatic Center Project.
