The West Point-Beemer School Board met for their regular monthly meeting Monday night. Superintendent DJ Weddle gave an update on the Ag Facilities Project.

Weddle says they’re in the middle of finalizing those drawings and putting them out to contractors to see who might want to bid on them.

The estimated cost of the project is $3.4 million with an additional 20% in Soft Costs.

Weddle says there’s been some work done to the pole vault area of the school’s track.

Weddle says the track will get an additional coating put on it sometime in July.

Weddle talked about the increase in the school’s breakfast and lunch prices for next school year.

The School Board will next meet on Monday, July 8th.
