Arrests on the Washington County Sheriff’s Activity Summary for Friday through Monday morning include a 43 year old male in Fort Calhoun for a Douglas County Warrant, a 21-year old male on Mary Nelson Lane and Highway 75 for driving under suspension and a 23-year old woman at Highway 30 and County Road 27 for a Dodge County warrant. Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s report, a large tree was down in the roadway at County Road 11 between County Roads 16 and 14 – and the county roads department was called to remove the tree. Among the many other matters on that summary, a man in Herman received a text scam that his girlfriend had been kidnapped and the scammers demanded money after sending pictures of firearms and men in masks.
