A 69-year old man, Lowell Wiese of Randolph died in a crash Monday night at the intersection of Blair High Road and State Street according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. The vehicle Wiese was driving collided with another at that intersection. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to the hospital with minor injuries and is expected to survive.
