A two-vehicle accident was reported on Highway 32 east of West Point at around 5:30 Monday evening.
Henry Wooldrik, of West Point, was traveling East on the Highway when he failed to yield to a vehicle driven by Levi Mahnke, of Omaha.
Wooldrik hit Mahnke while turning into his residence.
