While the Federal Emergency Management Agency disaster relief center in Blair closed last week, the Small Business Administration has opened a Disaster Loan Outreach Center in Blair. That center at First Lutheran Church is open weekdays from 9 til 6. Additionally, help is still available at the Church for those impacted by tornadoes earlier this spring – relief supplies are still available as well as information on other relief resources.
