Open class exhibit entries are now open for the Nebraska State Fair.
All ages are welcome to submit entries in divisions including agriculture, bees, education, foods, horticulture, photography, textile and visual arts, and quilts.
Competitive events have traditionally been a staple of the state fair and continue to provide an opportunity to highlight Nebraskans’ talents.
“It’s a way for people to see all of the talent our state has,” Kourtney Lingeman, Competitive Exhibits Manager said.
Exhibits do not have any fee for entering except some pieces in the arts division.
Deadlines for entries depend on the division with the education exhibits information due first on July 15, 2024.
