A 35-year old Creston man was arrested for felony DWI by the Stanton County Sheriff’s Office at about 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
Clayton Jindra was clocked going 83 in a 65mph zone on Highway 57 about 6 miles south of Stanton.
Jindra was found to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest for DWI and an open container of alcohol violation.
He was booked at the Sheriff’s office where he provided a breath sample that was nearly three times the legal limit.
He was found to have three prior convictions for DWI and was then jailed on a 4th offense aggravated DWI charge pending the posting of a yet to be set cash bond.
