Buffalo County youth in the Big Red Ag Growers (BRAG) program toured various businesses in the agriculture industry to learn about all facets of Nebraska agriculture.
BRAG is a year-long ag advocacy program for students 12-16 years of age.
The group’s tour included a stop at the KRVN/Rural Radio Network studios at Nebraska Innovation Campus in Lincoln to learn about agriculture media.
Chase Herter, a student at Gibbon Public Schools, and Justine Pope, a student at Shelton Public Schools, shared more about their background and experiences.
