Cuming County Economic Development has a round of Owner-Occupied Projects that are currently in progress. Executive Director David Branch updates us on where things are with the projects and what they all entail.
Branch says CCED has also done duplexes in West Point and Bancroft, and a Triplex in Beemer as part of Rural Workforce Housing Funds.
Housing Projects are currently happening in all communities in Cuming County. Branch highlights what else is going on in Bancroft.
Branch says they’re also looking at building some small cottage type homes in Wisner and Beemer.
Cuming County Economic Development will have a Resources Event on June 27th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Branch has the details.
Branch says there will be a Hispanic Interpreter at the event as well.
