Bomb Threat at Norfolk Public High School

Just after 8 this morning the Norfolk Police Division received a report of a bomb threat left on an answering machine at Norfolk Public High School. Norfolk Police School Resource Officers along with uniformed patrol officers responded. There was no explosive device at the school. The caller’s phone number was identified and he was contacted less than 20 minutes after the report first came in. 37 year old Colby D. Napier of Norfolk was arrested for threatening the use of an explosive device. He was first taken to Norfolk City Jail then transferred to the Madison County Jail.
