Four public hearings are slated for Tuesday night’s Blair Planning Commission meeting – among them, a final plat application for the Blair Crossing subdivision planned for the area near Highways 133 and 30, a public hearing for rezoning overlay for the Blair Crossing subdivision; a conditional use permit request, which, if approved, will allow for a rental establishment at 1620 state street for 30 years, and another CUP request for continued use of parking areas by Sharp Image at 1944 Pleasant Valley Boulevard. Those matters will then be forwarded to the Blair City Council for the final decision for those requests.
