A busy evening for the Blair Planning Commission when it meets next week – several public hearings, including a redevelopment plan for Lion Trail Townhomes, an updated future land use changing commercial designation to industrial, altering an area from Mobile Home District to Industrial, another at 590 Longview drive to redesignate a mobile home district to Ag/industrial and Manufacturing. A rezone application for lots north of Grant and south of Washington Street between 13th and 9th as special mixed use, ag/highway commercial. And a Conditional Use Permit which, if approved, would allow a warehouse for ag use at 202 South 10th Street. That meeting Tuesday Night starts at 7pm in Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th street.
