Blair shooter Elijah Logan is in custody following a four-day manhunt. Logan turned himself into the Metro Fugitive Task Force around 2:30 Monday afternoon on a Washington County Warrant for for 1st degree Assault and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony. The Washington County attorney’s office will review and amend the charges as needed. They anticipate the change of homicide added. Agencies involved include the U.S. Marshal Service, Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Omaha Police Department, Council Bluffs Police Department, and Pottawattamie County Sheriff’s Office.
