Adopting the Economic Development Plan and issuance of Water System Revenue Bonds are among the matters awaiting the Blair City Council when it meets next week. Appointments to the Library Board and an update on the city’s Fourth of July celebration are also on the agenda. That meeting Tuesday starts at 7pm in Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th street.
