The KTIC News Center received a message from Blair City Administrator Phil Green that the upcoming Blair City Council meeting slated for this coming Tuesday is now rescheduled – three council members will be out of town and some of the regulations require that at least six are in attendence for voting. The absences will bring that number down to five. Due to this situation, the Blair City Council meeting will be held Monday, September 30th at 7 p.m.
