Lincoln, NE ‐ December 24, 2023 ‐ One lucky player who bought a Powerball® ticket with Power Play® for the Saturday, December 23 drawing is holding a ticket worth $2 million.
The Nebraska Lottery has confirmed that one ticket sold for Saturday’s $620 million Powerball draw matched the first five numbers, but not the Powerball number itself. The ticket was sold at Pony Express Emerson, 1013 So Main, in Emerson. The winning numbers from Saturday’s Powerball draw were 09, 14, 17, 18, 53, Powerball 06, and Power Play 03. Players are encouraged to check their tickets at any Nebraska Lottery retailer, online at nelottery.com, or by calling the Lottery office at 402-471-6100.
Because this ticket was purchased with the $1 Power Play option, the regular $1 million prize was automatically doubled to $2 million.
Winning Nebraska Lottery Lotto tickets expire 180 days after the drawing. Prizes of $20,000 or more must be claimed in person at Lottery headquarters in Lincoln. Nebraska Lottery offices will be closed Monday, December 25 for Christmas.
