They made their home in Omaha where they enjoyed their two sons, Rodney and Jeffrey before moving to Wakefield in 1982. Frank was a devoted father, a cherished grandfather, and a beloved great-grandfather. His warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support were constants in the lives of his family. He was a member of the Wakefield Christian Church.

Frank was known by all for his kind heart, easy going nature and gentle spirit. He received great joy from watching his grandkids in their various activities.
