Eric Hunt, UNL Extension Educator and meteorologist, says that the week is going to warm up significantly across the state.
A wave of heat from the western United States will be making its way to Nebraska and not only bringing temperatures into the triple digits but also top-notch humidity.
While the risk of severe storms remains low, Hunt says that there are still chances for precipitation in the coming week.
