A 56-year-old man from Port Bludlo, WA was arrested on Sunday May 15th. David Platt is accused of Felony Child Abuse and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, a misdemeanor offense. Court records outlining the Nebraska State Patrol case against Platt have been sealed by the Dawson County Court due to material containing confidential information at this time.
In Platt’s booking record he was also being held on charges of child enticement with an electronic device and sexual assault of a child. But neither resulted in being included in the formal charges.
Bond for Platt is set at 10% of $50,000. His next hearing is set for May 31st at 11:30am.
