Kearney-One of the most exciting players in the MIAA is returning for one more go round as UNK Quarterback TJ Davis returns for another season. He spoke this week with KRVN’s Jayson Jorgensen at MIAA Media Day in Kansas City.
Two years ago Davis was the runner up for the Harlon Hill Trophy which is given to the best player in all of Division Two Football. He has led the Lopers to a record of 25-9 in games in which he has started. Davis also helped the Lopers to the NCAA playoffs two years ago. For his career, he has rushed for over 3,200 yards and 49 touchdowns and has thrown for over 4,100 yards and 42 scores. The Lopers report for fall camp on August 4th.
