Lexington, Neb. — A small, single-engine airplane traveling from South Dakota to Kansas developed engine trouble Saturday night and made a safe, emergency landing on a rural Dawson County road, about 13 miles north of Lexington. The plane landed around 7:00 p.m. on Highway 21 near Road 771.
There were no injuries and there was no damage to the plane.
