PMHC to host Business After Hours with Special Guest Dr. Sauerbrey

HOLDREGE – Phelps Memorial Hospital will be hosting a Business After Hours on April 8th with special guest Dr. Andreas Sauerbrey. Dr. Sauerbrey is a Board Certified Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon who
specializes in Shoulder/Upper Extremity Surgery, Sports Medicine and Joint Restoration. He
has been a part of Phelps Memorial Health Center’s Orthopedic Specialist Team since August
of 2014, and he has performed over 1,250 procedures here in Holdrege. Dr. Sauerbrey has
also previously served as the U.S. Ski Team and Olympic Head Team Physician

During Business After Hours, he will be engaging customers in casual conversation about services he
offers, and how the orthopedic team works at Phelps Memorial.

Phelps Memorial has many new services to offer in 2021. “There is a new Urologist, Dr. Bruce
Koefoot, who began practicing at Phelps Memorial Specialty Clinic in January, a newly
developed post-COVID Pulmonary Rehabilitation program for those struggling to recover from
COVID, Phelps Memorial Therapy Center has two therapists who were recently certified in
pelvic floor training for their women’s health program and Diabetic Educator Jenny Spaulding,
RN, recently received a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) in Practice Certificate from the
Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES) through its badging platform,
Acclaim. This certificate demonstrates that Spaulding possesses specialized knowledge of
continuous glucose monitors, and can better serve her diabetic patients with helping maintain
their CGMs,” informed Holly Rahmann.

“We enjoy seeing our patients recover from their ailments, return to their normal daily activities,
and look forward to seeing them with smiles on their faces again!” said Holly. Phelps Memorial
Health Center is always open.

Phelps Memorial Health Center is a 25 bed, non-profit critical access hospital in Holdrege,
Nebraska, governed by a volunteer board of 13 members. Phelps Memorial opened its doors in
