Omaha, Neb. — An Omaha woman has been booked into Douglas County Corrections and charged with Child Abuse by Neglect, resulting in death.
40 year old Juanita Pinon is the victim’s foster mother.
Omaha Police are investigating the death of a 5-year-old boy. Omaha Police Officers were called to 3025 N 93rd Street at approximately 5:11 p.m. on Wednesday for an unresponsive child. The 5-year-old child was
located inside of a vehicle and transported to the hospital by medics, where the child was pronounced deceased.
Police say, it appears the child was left unattended inside of a vehicle for an extended period of time.
