North Platte is the New Home for the Cornhusker State Games Cycle Tour

The Cornhusker State Games announced that North Platte will be the home for the Cycle Tour. The tour is scheduled for July 14th and will give cyclists a variety of distances. The routes range from 7.5 to 100 miles with west central Nebraska being on full display.

Dave Minarik President of the Nebraska Sports Council spoke with the RRN about the event and why North Platte was chosen as the home for the cycle tour this year.

As we work to grow sports tourism in our area, it is our great pleasure to partner with Whitetail Screen Print & Cycle Sport to host the State Games competitors in North Platte this July.”
