A semi and train collided around 3:47pm Thursday in Phelps County. It occurred near the intersection of 733 Road and Highways 6 & 34, or about 3 miles east of Holdrege. Initial reports from Phelps County Sheriff’s Office was that there were no injuries and the tanker trailer being pulled by the semi was not loaded.
