LINCOLN, Neb. – A match featuring the defending C1 state champs Minden and the three-time state champs Lincoln Lutheran lived up to the billing on Tuesday night. The Whippets who hadn’t lost a set all year, had to battle back from two sets down to win it last night in Lincoln. Minden dropped the first two sets, 14-25, 23-25, only to come back and win the match 25-20, 28-26, 15-13 to improve to 23-0 on the year. All Stater Mattie Kamery led the Whippets with 20 kills. Lincoln Lutheran fell to 17-2.
