A Kimball County man is facing charges after he was accused of sexually assaulting a young girl in North Platte.
Robert Aue Junior, 42, of Dix is charged in Lincoln County Court with two counts of 1st-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child.
According to an arrest affidavit, investigators met with the victim in late August.
She reported that she was sexually assaulted by Aue in April and proceeded to disclose four other occasions where Aue would sexually assault her at her home in North Platte.
The arrest affidavit says on Friday, September 6, investigators met with Aue, where he confessed to sexually assaulting her.
Aue was arraigned on the charges on Monday, where his bond was set at 10% of $750,000.
He is due back in Lincoln County Court for a preliminary hearing on September 19 at 9:00 A.M.
