A special Lexington Regional Health Center’s Board of Director’s meeting has been called for this evening(Thurs). The purpose is to evaluate the job performance of Chief Executive Officer Leslie Marsh.
Some of the meeting will be conducted in Executive Session but, the lone agenda item in Open Session is to “Consider and action on the evaluation, performance, cancellation,
amendment, or termination of the CEO.”
The meeting is open to the public and public comment will be taken.
It begins at 6:00pm and will be held in the Board of Director’s room of the Lexington Regional Health Center.
