Topeka-The UNK volleyball squad had a good start to the MIAA Spring Tournament with a straight sets win over Newman on Friday 3-0 (-11, -9, -22). The Lopers now advance on and will play in the tournament semifinals against Central Oklahoma who they did not face during the Spring season. Saturday’s match is set for 1pm. The final of the tournament is set for 4pm.
