UNK volleyball opens up the season this week as the Lopers begin the year with a West Coast trip. The Lopers finished up fall camp with a scrimmage against CSU-Pueblo last week. Head coach Rick Squiers talks with Jayson Jorgensen about how things have gone.
UNK starts the season ranked 9th in the AVCA D@ preseason rankings and is picked 3rd in the MIAA preseason rankings. The Lopers begin the season on Friday Sept 6th at 12pm central against UC Merced. They will play Westmont College on Friday at 4pm central. On Saturday, they play Menlo College at 12pm central and then take on Cal State Monterey at 4pm central. UNK’s home opener is set for Sept 10th at 6pm vs Peru State which can be heard on 93.1 KRVN FM, 106.9 FM, and on the River App and the Loper Athletic App.
