Lexington tennis has good day

The Lexington girls tennis team defeated Kearney Catholic and Hershey in dual action on Tuesday. Lexington downed the Stars 3-2. In number one singles Jarline Martinez of Lexington beat Abby Isaacson 8-2, Brooklyn Lul of Lexington deated Kaitlyn Huls 8-2. Number three singles Reagan Ruyle of Kearney Catholic beat Cooper Shotkoski 8-5. In doubles play, Kitt Schrock & Claire Rogers of KC beat Ella Young & Abrianna Reynosa 8-5. Number two doubles, Kayleigh & Kenny Cetak of Lexington won 8-4 over Bailey Stover and Tessa Colling of KC.

Against Hershey, Lexington won all five matches as Jarline Martinez, Brooklyn Lul and Cooper Shotkoski all won their singles matches. The Lexington doubles teams of Ella Young & Abrianna Reynosa and Kayleigh & Kennedy Cetak also won their contests against the Panthers.
