Nebraska’s hopes of landing the number one ranked recruit in the country for 2024 didn’t materialize today as Phoenix (Ariz.) five-star quarterback Dylan Raiola, announced his commitment to Georgia, choosing the Bulldogs over other finalists Nebraska, Oregon and USC.
Raiola’s commitment pushes this 2024 Georgia class back atop the composite rankings according to most recruiting services. The Bulldogs were on him early as he received his first offer from head coach Kirby Smart back in the summer of 2021.
He is the son of former Husker great, center Dominic Riola and the nephew of current offensive line coach Donovan Raiola.
