Learning and networking with an emphasis on agriculture can be expected at the first-ever Women in Ag Event in Gordon.

The day’s activities are hosted by Gordon Livestock Market, in partnership with Nebraska Extension Women in Ag, on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

“It is a time for all of us women to take a deep breath and enjoy each other’s company,” Patsy Tines, Gordon Livestock Market owner and office manager, said. “Do some networking, just overall support of each other is what this day is designed to be.”

The event includes three meals, two keynote speakers, vendor shopping, and a floral arranging class among other activities.
