AMHERST – Dan Mckeon is running for District 41 in the Nebraska Legislature and brings in lots of working knowledge. He has a degree in Ag communications, served in the Nebraska Army National Guard for six years, has went through several leadership programs, been a member of the Nebraska LEAD program fellow, and has served as a high school wrestling official for 33 years.
This past summer, he attended the Patriot Academy in Austin, Texas which has led to his run for this legislature spot. He talks about why he decided to run.
He says there are three main things he hopes to accomplish during his time as Legislature.
McKeon went on to note on how he thinks that the legislature group as a whole needs to be on the same page to look out for the state of Nebraska.
He also talks about what he tells voters on why they should vote for him.
