Several counties across central Nebraska are currently experiencing issues with the 911 phone service. If you are experiencing issues contact the non-emergency numbers for your county.

9:40pm. 911 Calls for Buffalo County appear to be back to normal at this time
“The Buffalo County/City of Kearney Emergency Call Center is experiencing an interruption in 911 phone service. If you are unable to call 911 use one of these alternate numbers. 308-237-2424 or 308-455-1501. All non-emergency numbers appear to be functioning.”
Dawson, Custer, Furnas and Phelps counties were not experiencing issues as of Tuesday evening.
