Tracyjay “Tjay” Gunnar Lindholm, 32, of Gothenburg, Nebraska, died September 5, 2024 in Cozad, Nebraska.
He was born March 12, 1992 in North Platte, Nebraska, son of Robert and Lisa (Vickers) Lindholm.
Tjay spent his growing up years in the towns of Arnold, Gothenburg and Cozad. When he was 15 months old and his sister was six months old they moved to Gothenburg. He spent his school years in Gothenburg and Cozad. He loved to go fishing with his great-grandpa Lou Shipley and playing pool with his friends.
In 2013, he had his first daughter Charlee and in 2014 he added another daughter Ali. Tjay worked many different places, with the last being Casey’s in Cozad, where he made many friends over the years.
Survivors include father, Robert (Jay) Lindholm; mother, Lisa Lindholm; two daughters, Charlee Lindholm, Ali Lindholm; sister, Skyeanna (Jori) Wear of Gothenburg, NE; brother, Rhett (Bella) Lindholm of Gothenburg, NE; and many family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Vicki Horine, great-grandparents, Papa and Joan Horine, uncle, Scott Horine, cousin, Evan Horine, great-grandparents, Lou and Delores Shipley, great-grandmother, Shirley Vickers, Eva and Frank Daus, aunt, Peggy Shipley.
Celebration of life lunch will be held at The Crossing Fellowship, Hwy 30, Saturday, October 26, 2024 at 12:00 pm.
Memorials may be given to the family for later designation
