Brenda Skinner, 60, of North Platte, Nebraska, died January 31, 2023 in Lincoln NE.
She was born August 29, 1962 in Gothenburg, NE, daughter of Hugh and Marilyn Cheever.
Brenda grew up in Maxwell and Gothenburg attending school in Gothenburg NE; and was residing in North Platte at the time of her passing. She worked in healthcare. She enjoyed spending her time riding motorcycles, pour painting, and spending time with grandchildren.
Survivors include mother, Marilyn Cheever of Hershey, NE; partner, Richard Jepsen of North Platte, NE; son, Tyler (Timari Devine) Sabin of Gothenburg, NE; daughter, Brieanda Sabin of Cozad, NE; sister, Lorene (Walter “Red”) Imler of Hershey, NE; brother, Michael Cheever of North Platte, NE; eight grandchildren, Kynzlei, Graysen, Alexis, Aubrey, Cora, Erica, Ava, Gared and daughter-in-law Cortni Sabin of York, NE.
Brenda was preceded in death by her father, Hugh Cheever, son, Charlie Sabin.
Services will be held Saturday February 11, 2023 2:00 PM, at Blase-Strauser Memorial Chapel 620 10th St, Gothenburg, NE; with Pastor Larry Viter officiating.
Memorials may be given to the family for later designation.
