An arrest warrant has been served in connection to an August assault and robbery in Scottsbluff.
20-year-old Anibal Domingo Jr. of Terrytown was served an arrest warrant for the Class 2 Felony charge Tuesday.
Court records say that video posted on social media shows Domingo jumping the victim along with an unidentified blonde haired male.
The victim was acquaintances with Domingo, who was able to identify him as one of the two culprits. During the attack, the victim’s phone and a necklace were stolen from him.
Domingo was arraigned on the latest offense on Wednesday afternoon in Scotts Bluff County Court.
He is also several other criminal charges in Scotts Bluff County Court.
