Two locals have been charged in connection to a September assault in Scottsbluff.
20-year-old Anibal Domingo and 18-year-old Jessenia Domingo are both facing a Class 2 Felony 1st Degree Assault charge.
Court documents say they, along with Amanda Pourier and an unidentified masked man, teamed up and assaulted a Scottsbluff man in a parking lot.
The victim suffered a collapsed lung, head injury and hematomas and was hospitalized for three days.
Warrants for both Domingo’s were served last week, and they’re scheduled to be back in court on February 27th for their Preliminary Hearings.
Pourier pleaded no contest to a charge of Attempted 3rd Degree Assault and on Thursday was sentenced to 30 days in jail.
