An attraction near Alliance that was much-maligned during its construction years ago is among the top choices by tourists according to TripAdvisor.
City officials say the website has recognized Carhenge in their Traveler’s Choice Awards for 2024, a feat previously achieved in 2022.
The award honors businesses and attractions that consistently earn great reviews that place them among the top 10% of listings around the world on TripAdvisor.
Other Nebraska destinations to receive the award this year include the Golden Spike Tower and Visitor Center in North Platte and the Museum of American Speed in Lincoln.
