On April 16th, 2024, Barbara was called from life to be in the presence of the lord. Barb gave her heart to the lord and proudly professed her salvation. Barb will be remembered for her inquisitive spirit and her warm laughter. A celebration of life for Barbara Broker-Green will be held Saturday, July 6, 2024, location to be determined. Barbara “Barb” Broker was born to Marian Smith-Broker and Robert Broker of Colon, Michigan. Barb went to school in the Colon School District (elementary and High School), Barb played clarinet in the Colon Marching Band. In 1971, Terry Green of Sturgis, Michigan (Clifford and Velma Green parents) married Barb Broker. They have two children: Teresa Green (Coley) and Darcy Green (Ryall).
In 1988, Barb and Jeff Millard gave birth to a son (Devin Millard). For over three decades Barb was employed by Ross-Abbott Laboratories as a line worker and a quality control inspector. When Barb wasn’t working, she enjoyed attending her children’s activities, traveling, baking, and dancing. Her grandchildren are her pride and joy. Barb has eleven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
