The Winnebago Boys Basketball Team routed Tri County Northeast 86-33 at home Tuesday night.
The Indians went up 24-9 after one, and outscored the Wolfpack 27-13 in the 2nd quarter to take a 51-22 lead into the locker room.
Winnebago outscored Tri County Northeast 17-2 in the 3rd quarter to extend their lead to 68-24 at the end of three.
Bago doubled up the Wolfpack 18-9 in the 4th quarter.
Great win for the Indians.
Winnebago (6-7) hosts Ponca (4-8) Tuesday night.
Ponca fell 57-40 at home to Wakefield Tuesday night.
I think Bago stands a good chance to win this one.
You don’t know what you’re going to get from Ponca, but Bago is at home and should be chomping at the bit to get Ponca.
Winnebago ought to be fired and jacked up for this one, and should want to go out there and get it for many reasons and let some frustration out.
