Great win for the Tigers!

This win was the first shutout for Tekamah-Herman since 2012 against Homer.

Tekamah-Herman (2-6) rounds out the season on Friday at home against Aquinas (6-2).

The Monarchs shutout BRLD 41-0 on the road last week.

Coach McElmuray says his team is going to have to play a great game.

I think the Tigers are going to need to be able to throw the ball well, in addition to running it well. I feel having balance is key. Strong pass defense is critical for Tekamah-Herman too I feel, but perhaps a strong run defense will be even more critical.

Of course Bitter running the ball like he did against David City might be the recipe for success once again to go along with great offensive line play.

And of course special teams plays a huge role as well and cannot be overlooked either.

Either way Tekamah-Herman has to be very excited about their program and where things are headed right now.
